Unter Reflexion verstehen wir sowohl eine theoretische Debatte, in Form von Gesprächsrunden und Symposien, die die drei Festivals begleiten werden, als auch die Auseinandersetzung mit den Zielen des Projektes selbst. Was erfahren wir aus dem künstlerischen Zusammenkommen? Was ändert sich im Prozess des Zusammenarbeitens? Inwiefern ändert sich, durch die vom Projekt angeregten interkulturellen Dialoge, die Wahrnehmung der eigenen europäischen Identität?

Par réflexion, nous entendons aussi bien un débat théorique, qui, sous forme de tables rondes et de symposiums, accompagne les festivals, qu’une réflexion critique sur les buts mêmes de notre projet. Quelle expérience retirons-nous de cette collaboration artistique? En quoi le dialogue interculturel initié par le projet transforme-t-il la perception que nous avons de notre identité européenne?

By ‘Reflexion’ we promote two activities. Firstly, a series of meetings centred on theoretical discussions, and secondly, a critical analysis of the project’s goals. A few immediate questions arise. For instance, what would be the outcome each of us will acquire from this artistic collaboration? Alternatively, in what ways the perception of our European identity will be challenged, and transformed, by the project’s intercultural dialog?
